China imported 259,987 metric tons (tonnes) of sugar in November, down 14.46 percent from the same month of last year, an industry portal www.gsmn.com reported on Tuesday, quoting customs data as saying. In the first 11 months of this year, the country totally imported 4.35 million tonnes of sugar, a jump of 39.42 percent year on year.
