Huawei launched the P9 and P9 lite smartphone at a gala event held at Colombo in Sri Lanka on Friday, targeting photography lovers.
The launching event was patronized by Mr. Shunli Wang, CEO, HUAWEI Sri Lanka. We expect the P9 will bring another round HUAWEI hit across the island, increasing the sales of HUAWEI smartphone in Sri Lanka.
Mr.Wang told Xinhua at the event. HUAWEI P9 is a the first smartphone co-engineered with the global iconic brand,Leica Camera AG. The P9s dual-lens camera takes photography to a next level, allowing people to capture both vivid colours and striking black and white images.
The wide-aperture photography feature on the P9 allows users to experience with innovative visual effects. HUAWEI P9 sets a new standard in smartphone photography. Mr. Wang concluded on the event. Together with its exclusive distributor SINGER Sri Lanka, HUAWEI launched such a premium flagship smartphone, which will be sold through the countrys largest retail network, comprising of over 400 retail outlets and 1500 digital media outlets across the country.
Almost 400 local dealers of HUAWEI gathered to attend annual meeting on the same day after the launch conference, for the promotion plan of P9 in the whole country.
Bathiya& Santhush, the most popular band of Sri Lanka had been appointed as the official digital ambassardors for the HUAWEI brand of next year. HUAWEI is the fastest growing smartphone brand and the second largest smartphone seller in Sri Lanka for now.
