Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd (600583.SH), a subsidiary of CNOOC Ltd. (CEO.NYSE; 00883.HK), China's largest offshore oil and gas producer, announced on late Monday that its net profits fell 23.40 percent year on year in the first nine months to 1.986 billion yuan. The company's revenues reached 10.129 billion yuan from January to September, down 33.83 percent from the same period of last year. The company's shares dipped 0.39 percent in Monday's trading to close at 10.20 yuan/share.
