China's net imports of coal continued to see a sharp but narrower decrease in November of 2015.
According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, China imported 186.43 million metric tons (tonnes) of coal and exported 4.89 million tonnes of coal in January-November of 2015, resulting in 181.54 million tonnes of net imports during the period.
The net imports in January-November slid 29.82 percent from a year ago, compared to a year-on-year decrease of 9.12 percent in the same period of 2014. However, the decrease narrowed down from the 30.38 percent decrease in the first ten months of 2015.
