Chinese securities investors' confidence continued improving for the third straight month in November with the Securities Investor Confidence Index rising 4.5 percent from the previous month to hit 57.8 points, according to a survey by China Securities Investor Protection Fund Corporation (SIPF).
By sub-indexes, six of the eight sub-indexes edged up as compared with that of the previous month. To be specific, Domestic Economic Policy Index and Domestic Economic Fundamentals Index went up 0.5 points and 3.6 points to 58.5 points and 63.7 points, respectively; Large Cap Optimistic Index, Large Cap Rebound Index and Large Cap Defensive Index rose 4.4 percent, 3.4 percent and 3.7 percent to 59.1 points, 55.1 points and 61.5 points, respectively; and Buy-in Index surged 7.6 percent to reach a six-month high of 55.1 points.
Besides, Stock Valuation Index shed 1.1 percent to 46.5 points and International Economic and Financial Environment Index was flat at 49.8 points.
