China has become the world's second largest auto insurance market after the U.S., according to a report published by the Insurance Association of China on Wednesday.
In China, motor insurance premiums rose 16.84 percent on a yearly basis to 551.6 billion yuan in 2014, accounting for 73.12 percent of the country's total property insurance premiums collected in the same year.
