China's Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued respective guidelines to regulate information disclosure on share pledge business on Tuesday. As more listed companies' shareholders prefer to finance through share pledge approach in recent years, the issuance of the guidelines is aimed at preventing potential risks from such business.
