BEIJING, April 7 (Xinhua) -- The overnight Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (Shibor), which measures the borrowing cost of China's interbank market, decreased 19.5 basis points to 0.806 percent Tuesday.

The seven-day rate dropped 5.8 basis points to 1.773 percent, the one-month rate went down 8.2 basis points to 1.659 percent, and the one-year rate dropped 9.5 basis points to 2.07 percent.
