BEIJING, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- The overnight Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (Shibor), which measures the borrowing cost of China's interbank market, decreased 4.3 basis points to 2.112 percent Monday.

The seven-day rate fell 17 basis points to 2.102 percent, the one-month rate edged down 1 basis point to 2.407 percent, and the one-year rate edged down 0.1 basis points to 2.657 percent.
