BEIJING, May 23 (Xinhua) -- The overnight Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (Shibor), which measures the borrowing cost of China's interbank market, edged up 0.1 basis points to 1.323 percent Monday.

The seven-day rate rose 2.8 basis points to 1.693 percent, the one-month rate went down 3.2 basis points to 1.9 percent, and the one-year rate dropped 0.6 basis points to 2.331 percent.
