China Minmetals Corporation, a large metals conglomerate in China, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jiangxi Copper Corporation in Jiangxi Province on Wednesday.
Under the agreement, the two sides will carry out long-term and stable cooperation in such fields as copper trade business, development of overseas resources, technological exchanges and support so as to achieve a win-win result.
