The Universal Marble & Granite Group (UMGG) recently rolled out China's first artificial stone production line in Dongguan city. The company introduced the production line from Cemstone, a leading stone producer in the world.
The production line, requiring a total investment of 160 million yuan, is appropriately 800 meters long with an annual capacity of 600,000 square meters of artificial stones which will be used in domestic airports, high-speed railway stations and other large-scale public facilities.
The UMGG planned to introduce three production lines in total in coming five years. By then, capacity of the artificial stone production lines will reach 1.8 million square meters.
