A total of 35 Chinese listed property developers have released their operating data for August so far with total sales at 136.98 billion yuan, up slightly from 135.926 billion yuan in July, according to statistics released by Centaline Property.
The total sales of the 35 listed developers amounted to 1.0086 trillion yuan in the first 8 months, up 17.7 percent year on year. The differentiation of the property developers was significant with 6 out of the 35 suffering from home sales volume drop on a year-on-year basis and 29 witnessing their home sales volume rise sharply on a year-on-year basis.
