China's state-owned construction land supply in the first three quarter of this year totaled 334,300 hectare, down 12.3 percent year on year, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR).
However, the decline narrowed by 9.1 percentage points compared to that in the first half of this year, according to the MLR In a breakdown, the land supply for industrial, mining and warehouse purposes fell 20.9 percent year on year to 85,400 hectare in the first three quarter; that for real estate decreased 30 percent year on year to 77,000 hectare; and that for infrastructures increased 5.4 percent year on year to 171,900 hectare.
China's state-owned construction land supply increased 15.1 percent month on month in the third quarter of this year, the MLR said.
