The value of land transactions in Beijing has reached 174.13 billion yuan this year till November 19, reported the Beijing News. The Chinese capital still has at least 14 plots of land to be auctioned to developers during the rest of this year with their opening price totaling at 27.8 billion yuan, so the total land transactions in Beijing may exceed 200 billion yuan in 2015, hitting a record high. The land transactions in Beijing totaled 191.69 billion yuan in 2014.
