Shenzhen's new home price hit a record high to average at 44,761 yuan/square meter in November, up 68.7 percent year on year or 33.2 percent month on month, said Shenzhen Worldunion Properties Consultancy Incorporated (002285.SZ).
The new home transaction area in the city in November reached 584,000 square meters, up 1.7 percent year on year or 7.8 percent month on month. The city's second-hand home price averaged at 47,070 yuan/square meter in November, up 52.3 percent year on year or 3.2 percent month on month with transaction area at 949,000 square meters, up 54.1 percent year on year or 50.0 percent month on month.
The city's land supply area totaled 240,000 square meters, down 73.1 percent year on year but up 8.6 percent month on month with transaction area at 150,000 square meters, down 75.9 percent year on year or 86.5 percent month on month.
