GNSS and LBS Association of China (GLAC) publicized the White Paper for China's GNSS LBS Industry Development in Beijing on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the professional non-profit organization in global navigation satellite system (GNSS) application and location-based service (LBS) at national level announced the industry's fourth annual conference and exhibition will be convened in Beijing from September 23 to 25.

Statistics show China's GNSS and LBS industry registered an industrial value of 134.3 billion yuan in 2014, up 29.1 percent year on year.

Among all the new satellite navigation products and systems, more than 80 percent have adopted technologies compatible to the homebrew Beidou system.

Analysts with Guotai Junan Securities said the performances of stocks on the Beidou block will keep growing, driven by the upgrading of military equipment.

A group of A-stock listing companies could be beneficiaries of GNSS development. They include China Spacesat Co., Ltd. (600118.SH), Beijing BDStar Navigation Co., Ltd. (002151.SZ) and Chengdu CORPRO Technology Co., Ltd. (300101.SZ).
