The number of patent ownership among every 100 million yuan output value of the manufacturing industry will rise from 0.4 today to 0.7 during the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) period, Shen Changyu, head of the State Intellectual Property Office, said at the World Economic Forum's event in northeast China's Dalian, known as Summer Davos.
