China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has been collecting materials from the mobile telecom resell service providers, or virtual carriers, and valuating their performance in information security, customer service and business development, IT Times quoted Zou Xueyong, secretary general of the Virtual Carrier Industry Alliance, as saying.
Results of the valuation will be announced before the end of this year and those who passed the assessment will receive official business licenses.
