Representatives from 11 cities and counties in Heilongjiang, Shandong, and Zhejiang provinces gathered in Mingshui county, Heilongjiang province, on Sept. 25 to take part in a signing ceremony for the establishment of an e-commerce alliance of county-level.
The alliance aims to enhance e-commerce communication and cooperation among counties, boost the development and marketing of green food in those regions, and facilitate the poverty alleviation work through e-commerce.
