China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) pledged to expand commercial law service, enhance intellectual property rights service in a bid to help domestic firms to go overseas, according to a work conference held on Tuesday.
Jiang Zengwei, chairman of the CCPIT, noted that the CCPIT would try to optimize commercial law service system, provide legal consultancy, contract review, legal information, legal training, and promote the establishment of local outlets in charge of arbitration, mediation and average adjustment.
Jiang added that we should take active measures to deal with unequal treatment encountered by Chinese enterprises and handle with trade conflicts via multilateral negations and WTO trade policy review mechanism.
