Jiangsu Jintongling Fluid Machinery Technology Co., Ltd (300091.SZ) announced on Friday that it has signed an investment cooperation agreement with CICFH to jointly build no more than 20 agro-ecological industrial parks in provinces of Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang and Hebei in the next three years.
According to the Shenzhen-listed company, each project is expected to have an investment of 500 million yuan. CICFH or the funds managed by it will take no less than 51-percent stakes in each project, while the listed company will have a 15-percent stake. The remaining stakes will be open to public funds, especially the local government investment platforms.
The agreement embodies that the market players have recognized its business model of developing the agricultural ecological industrial park, which shows its technological innovation advantages and integrated service capabilities, said the listed company.
