BEIJING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- Asia's leading information and communications technology (ICT) event, PT Expo China 2020, will be held in Beijing from Oct. 14 to 16, where new 5G applications and scenarios will be showcased.
The event, hosted by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is expected to highlight 5G applications in various fields, including industrial manufacturing and car networking.
The exhibition, including 5G innovative application display areas, will show the changes that new technologies are bringing to society and people's lives.
The exhibition will be set up both online and offline, enabling the audience to join the exhibition through a cloud summit and 3D virtual display hall, while helping enterprises to conduct efficient matchmaking.
China officially approved 5G commercial services in June 2019.
