China interbank bonds likely to correct Tue., OMO eyed

Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to correct on Tuesday, with the central bank's open market operation in focus. Traders note that investors are focusing on what the central bank will do during its regular open market operations on Tuesday in a bid to detect more trading clues.

The People's Bank of China, China's central bank, did not conduct any open market operation for the 12th straight session on last Thursday. On Monday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, ended 0.0629 percent lower at 161.4301 points.
