East China's Anhui Province auctioned overall 31.2 billion yuan worth of 4-tranche general bonds recently, namely, 3-, 5-, 7- and 10-year bonds. This is the first batch of general bond issued by the province this year, with the yields standing at 2.9 percent, 3.29 percent, 3.58 and 3.61 percent respectively.
The province issued 6.3 billion yuan of 3-year ones, 9.3 billion yuan of 5-year ones, 9.3 billion yuan of 7-year ones and 6.3 billion yuan of 10-year ones. Of the total, 19.2 billion yuan was a portion of the debt-swap plan, while the remaining 12 billion yuan of bonds were newly issued.
