China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) issued 5-year book-entry coupon bearing T-bonds at annualized yield of 3.2377 percent on Wednesday.
Statistics from China Government Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co. showed that yield on the 5-year fixed-rate T-bonds traded on the domestic interbank market stood at 3.2516 percent. Market players disclosed that the subscription ratio reached 1.80 times the volume offered.
This is the additional issue of the 11th batch of book-entry coupon bearing T-bonds offered by the ministry in 2015. The interests will be paid annually, with May 28 of each year as interest payment days.
The principals and the last batch of interests will be paid on May 28, 2020. This batch of T-bonds will be combined with the original ones to go into circulation on August 19.
