The Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) announced on Friday that it would issue up to 7 billion yuan worth of 3-year fixed-rate financial notes and no more than 7 billion yuan worth of 7-year ones on August 19. These two batches of financial bonds are the sequel for the 12th and 18th batches sold by the policy bank this year. Dutch bidding will be adopted as the tender mode for the bond offerings.
