China's T-bond futures plunged in the afternoon session on Friday, dampened by the soaring stock market and possible adjustment of the red line of fiscal deficit. "Hearsay goes that the Ministry of Finance is likely to loosen the quota of fiscal deficit, which may weigh on T-bond futures to some extent," said Ji Chengxiang, futures analyst with Chaos Ternary Futures Co.
