China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) plans to issue 28 billion yuan worth of 5-year T-bonds on December 2. This is the second additional issue of the 19th batch of book-entry coupon bearing T-bonds offered by the ministry in 2015.
The value date and circulation date are set on September 8 and December 9 respectively. The interests will be paid annually, with the September 8 of each year as interest payment days. The principals and the last batch of interests will be paid on September 8, 2020.
