North China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will auction 6.3 billion yuan worth of general bonds from December 7 to December 9. This is the 4th batch of general bonds offered by the province in 2015, including 870 million yuan of 3-year ones, 1.81 billion yuan of 5-year ones, 1.81 billion yuan of 7-year ones and 1.81 billion yuan of 10-year ones. The interests of the 10-year ones will be paid semi-annually, while the interests of the rest ones will be paid annually. The raised funds will be used in the new public welfare programs and the programs under construction.
