China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) sold 30 billion yuan worth of 7-year T-bonds at an annual yield of 3.3229 percent on Wednesday.
Statistics from China Government Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co. showed that yield on the 7-year fixed interest rate T-bonds traded on the domestic interbank market stood at 3.3746 percent This batch of T-bonds drew stable demand from investors, with the subscription ratio at 2.60 times the volumes offered.
Traders disclosed that institutional investors are apt to take in short-term bonds in view of the future economic and inflation rebound risks.
