Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to correct Thursday amid investors' wait-and-see sentiment.

Traders noted that investors are staying on the sidelines ahead of the central bank's open market operations on the day, hoping to detect more clues about bond trading.

The People's Bank of China, China's central bank, refrained from conducting open market operations for the 11th straight routine session on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, ticked down 0.0145 percent to 161.8179 points.
