China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) issued 7-year book-entry coupon bearing T-bonds at annualized yield of 2.8331 percent on Wednesday, drawing brisk demands from investors.
Statistics from China Government Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co. showed that yield on the 7-year fixed-rate T-bonds traded on the domestic interbank market stood at 2.8392 percent.
Market players disclosed that the subscription ratio reached 3.03 times the volume offered. This is the third additional issue of the 26th batch of book-entry coupon bearing T-bonds offered by the ministry in 2015, with the value date and circulation date on October 22, 2015 and January 25, 2016 respectively.
The interests will be paid annually, with the October 22 of each year as interest payment days. The principals and the last batch of interests will be paid on October 22, 2022.
