The imbalance between supply and demand is the biggest risk on China's sugar market during the 2015/2016 sugar crushing season, analysts in Guangxi said.
Currently, spot sugar price is going up steadily in major sugar production areas of China. It is inevitable that the imbalance will happen in a certain period in 2015/2016, which will be the biggest risk for dealers and end-users, said analysts.
