U.S. oil prices dipped 0.04 percent on Thursday amid firmer U.S. dollar and concerns on trade tensions.
U.S. dollar index, measured against six other main currencies, gained 0.55 percent to 95.6715 at 3:00 p.m. (2000 GMT).
