The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 113 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, dropping marginally from its levels seen in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.03-04 yen compared with 113.14-24 yen in New York and 113.71-72 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1650-1650 dollars and 131.70-74 yen against 1.1645-1655 dollars and 131.80-90 yen in New York and 1.1619-1620 dollars and 132.12-16 yen in late Monday afternoon in Tokyo.
