The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-113 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, largely unchanged from its levels seen late last week in New York.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.54-55 yen compared with 113.44-54 yen in New York and 113.46-48 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1769-1769 dollars and 133.62-64 yen against 1.1770-1780 dollars and 133.47-57 yen in New York and 1.1750-1751 dollars and 133.32-36 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
