SHANGHAI, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened higher Monday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.
The most active crude oil contract for May delivery was up 6.6 yuan (0.98 U.S. dollars) to open at 459.4 yuan a barrel.
China launched the crude oil futures trading, which is open to overseas investment, in March 2018.
