Anyuan Industral Co., Ltd. (600397.SH) announced on late Monday that its controlling shareholder Jiangxi Energy Group Corp. sold a total of 49 million A-shares of Anyuan Industrial via the secondary market on April 30, representing 4.95 percent of the company's total share capital. After the sell-off, Jiangxi Energy Group Corp. holds 384.057 million A-shares of Anyuan Industrial Co., Ltd., representing 38.795 percent of the company's total share capital.
