U.S.-listed Chinese companies traded mixed on Tuesday, with five of the top 10 stocks by weight in the S&P U.S. Listed China 50 index ending the day on an upbeat note.
Shares of Alibaba and NetEase increased 1.05 percent and 0.95 percent respectively, leading the gainers of the top 10 stocks.
Shares of Yum China and Baidu decreased 2.08 percent and 1.50 percent respectively at the closing, leading the laggards among the top 10.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 197.65 points, or 0.79 percent, to 25,241.94. The S&P 500 was up 13.42 points, or 0.48 percent, to 2,820.40. The Nasdaq Composite Index erased 1.10 points, or 0.01 percent, to 7,840.77.
As of Monday, the S&P U.S. Listed China 50 index stood at 3,235.93, marking a 1.13-percent increase for the month-to-date returns and a 4.69-percent gain for the year-to-date returns.
