China is expected to work out a policy for integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas within 2015, Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Monday.
According to the report, drafting of the new policy will be completed before the Central Economic Work Conference which is usually held in December each year.
The draft policy is to encourage farmers to share profits of processing and circulating sectors. The report also said that China would construct a batch of high-yield farming land so as to add 50 billion kg of grain production capacity.
