Innovation-driven development is a key strategy mentioned in the proposal on formulating China's 13th Five-year Plan (2016-2020), Chinese vice premier Liu Yandong wrote in an article published on the People's Daily on Wednesday.
In her article, Liu said technology should take the lead in all-around innovations, urging to lay out major projects in quantum communication, new generation information network, brain-like robot, and nanometer.
