China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence have jointly issued the Catalogue of Military Technologies Transferred to Civil Use for Popularization (2015).
The document categorized such military technologies into three kinds, i.e. major recommended items, recommended items and items for popularization. These items involve 150 military technology achievements in nine fields including public security, intelligent manufacturing, emergency rescue, energy-saving and environmental-protection, power and transmission, nuclear technology application, space technology application, general aviation and marine engineering equipment.
