China has specified regulations for strict protection and unleashing use of state-owned land in its newly released guidelines for further pushing forward reform and development of reclamation farms, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Wednesday.
According to the guidelines, a state-owned asset supervision system with explicit ownership and mainly in charge of asset management will be established. Meanwhile, reclamation farms will be allowed to set up state-owned asset investment companies to raise asset operation efficiency and benefit.
