Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang Tuesday urged faster rural e-commerce development to optimize the modern market system in rural areas.
Wang made the remarks when learning about e-commerce development of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, an organization led by the State Council for developing rural economy.
He required active efforts in expanding rural e-commerce market entities, quickening online and offline e-commerce integration and building modern rural commodity circulation and services networks to spur the rural e-commerce sector.
