BEIJING, May 24 (Xinhua) -- All China's administrative villages are expected to enjoy delivery services by 2022, according to the country's postal service regulator.

Besides, there will be delivery service outlets in every township across China, one of the goals outlined in a guideline to leverage postal services to vitalize the rural areas.

About 74.9 percent of the country villages still don't have rural e-commerce delivery stations.

The central government's infrastructure investment, as well as local specific funds for rural vitalization, should offer support for rural delivery infrastructure development, the guideline said.

China's rural areas have become bright spots in the country's e-commerce growth. Rural online retail sales reached 357 billion yuan (51.6 billion U.S. dollars) in the first three months of this year, up 19.5 percent year on year and faster than the national average growth.
