Albania on Friday announced a plan to launch an online B2B platform to increase the competitiveness of the Albanian economy and make it more attractive for foreign investors.
The platform, to be launched next month, is designed by the Albanian Agency for Investment Development(AIDA) and dedicated to agro industry, textiles, tourism and ICT. It will provide professional and qualitative services for free for small and medium-sized Albanian exporting companies, support them in their development and prepare them to be more competitive in international markets, according to Daniel Guce, director of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Exports.
The on-line service will assist companies in gaining access to markets in the European Union by providing information regarding legal frameworks, fees and taxes.
