About 42.4 percent of people surveyed thought the current economic situation was worse than six months ago, while 36.5 percent believed it remained unchanged and 19.9 percent said it has improved.
Meanwhile, 33.7 percent of people believed the economic situation will improve in the coming six months as opposed to the 38.4 percent who think the economic situation will worsen. 24 percent think it will not have any changes.
The CIS did more than 1,500 interviews for the CCI which helps forecast the performance of the country's economy, taking into account consumers' behavior.
