North America's largest construction trade show opened on Tuesday in Las Vegas, showcasing the world's most advanced technologies and products in machinery and construction.
The show, named CONEXPO-CON/AGG, drew over 2,300 exhibitors representing products in asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, hauling, lifting, trucking, underground construction and many others, according to the organizer.
Over 150 education sessions will be held during the show, which runs from Tuesday to Saturday, to offer cutting-edge information in the construction industry.
Many well-known Chinese construction equipment companies attended the show, including XCMG, Liugong Machinery, Sany Group, Sunward Equipment Group, Shantui Construction Machinery, and Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology.
According to the organizer, some of the international exhibitors and attendees have been impacted by COVID-19 due to travel restrictions, but no major exhibitors have cancelled their participation.
"We are working closely with all show partners including the Las Vegas Convention Center, the airport authority and hotels to ensure the safety of all show participants," said a release published on the event's website.
Held every three years in Las Vegas, this massive event features the latest equipment advances and newest technology applications in every field in construction.
