Iran had restricted access to its funds abroad from crude exports during the time, he said, adding that despite all the restrictions, Iran's economy did not face serious challenge.
He expressed the hope that Iran's currency would gain value in the upcoming months though more oil exports and ease of U.S. sanctions.
